Presspack Half Bridge Contactor

We develop and manufacture systems for contacting presspack semiconductors. Contact forces up to 300 kN can be realized. Of course, our systems are characterized by ideal press force distribution. A sophisticated principle ensures that this continues to be the case for a long time without maintenance! We realize temperatures up to 200 °C, voltages up to 10 kV and pulse currents up to 100 kA. If you wish, we can build the complete tester with generators, measurement equipment and automation around it.
